Barbara Carroll made a motion to move the vote for Secretary before Approval of Agenda.
Unanimous approval.

C. Approval of Agenda

Motion to accept agenda made by Bob Spirito, seconded by Ann Tramontana. Unanimous approval.

D. Internal Affairs (IA) Remarks
Captain Peterson reported that five 2008 cases and three 2009 cases were closed and one case was assigned to Review Panel.

E. Open Floor
Guests introduced themselves and Barbara Carroll gave them an overview of the Boards training and procedures.

Discussion regarding CRB Coordinator position.
CRB request that CAO Rob Smuts be contacted by letter regarding CRB input for the Coordinator position.
